What HW/SW would you recommend for a kid to learn to make #electronic #music ?
The kid is 9.
Possible devices for running SW: Windows laptop with or without touchscreen; Android phone or tablet. I can also put Linux on one of the laptops, if needed.
Since we don't know yet how temporary this is, I would prefer to start with #FOSS tools or perhaps cheap proprietary SW, and little or no hardware components.
