Hey Fedi,

What HW/SW would you recommend for a kid to learn to make ?

The kid is 9.
Possible devices for running SW: Windows laptop with or without touchscreen; Android phone or tablet. I can also put Linux on one of the laptops, if needed.

Since we don't know yet how temporary this is, I would prefer to start with tools or perhaps cheap proprietary SW, and little or no hardware components.

57 years ago, Jocelyn Bell detected a series of strange, repeating radio signals.

Her finding led to the discovery of pulsars. It also inspired the iconic cover of Joy Division's first album.
